As a kid growing up, our family album has always been readily available to view. I would always open it up and every image there would be a question, and from that question an intriguing story would be told. Stories of me, the smiles, the giggles, and every milestones and memories I’ve had. Every picture captured my facial expression, every dimple (yes I have a dimple, and if you get me to smile big enough I have two) and that is what I push and strive to do for you. My goal is to provide you with beautiful images that shows every moment of you and your family’s life. Images that you will treasure and want to relive forever.
So please fall in love. Fall in love with my images, my work, and most importantly fall in love with me. All I want is to record and capture your love that will be passed down to your children, grandchildren, and their children. All I want is for you to love your wedding pictures and album.
I believe whole heartedly that marriage is a life long commitment. Loving your God given partner should be as important in year 30 as it was on day one. I believe in capturing that true, real, and raw emotions of your special day. From the smallest of details, to the emotional tear, and to the biggest and largest of smiles. Call me a hopeless romantic, a true believer in a life long commitment of love, or just me waiting patiently for my God given partner. But all that matters to me… is capturing your story, and falling in love with your story is what I am passionate about.
“It is more important to click with people than to click the shutter.”

Aloha, E Komo Mai! I am Joshua and I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. I still call Maui my home. I have lived also on the ninth island, Las Vegas. I’ve lived there for 16 years. I am a fun and outgoing guy. Photography you could say runs in my blood. As a young boy I’d find myself taking my dad’s Fuji 110 camera and be snapping away. Finding anything I could shoot, a flower, a spider, and most often family members. Photography followed me to college where I’d lose myself in the darkroom there at the University of Hawaii. Always excited to see images appear on a blank sheet of photographic paper. After graduating from the University of Hawaii, I got a job working for a photo lab in Honolulu as an E-6 Film technician. Photography has always been my passion, alway trying to push the limits, and always trying to find that perfect shot…whether it be of a bride and groom or that perfect sunset setting below the ocean. As a child I’d always find myself with a pencil and paper drawing my surrounding. I was never so much the kid who’d be reading and writing. I often expressed myself in my drawings and my photographs. I could express how I felt through images and pictures better where words would often fail me. A simple smile, hands holding, and an embrace would require to much words. Let me express your family, your wedding, or just you without words! I am an avid hiker exploring what Maui has to offer. I love the beach and would be there right now. I love all things old which includes old cameras. And sometimes love to put film in them and just shoot film. I love playing music, especially Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar and occasionally I’ll pick my ukulele up and strum a few chords. I love coffee and everything about it. Trying to find new ways to brew a good cup of Joe!
